Update

It has been a while since the last time I had any time to blog so I thought with sick kids and staying home from church and Mike at work I would try to catch up. We are deep into “busy season” which means if Mike is in “busy season” then by default I am too. We are just staying busy with all the kid’s stuff, church stuff, and work, with the exception on a 1 hour run for me and my sanity (I have to add for all of our sanity).
Mike gets the kids ready for school, feeds them, checks homework, and all the other things that go on while I am off running. I get home just in time to do hair and start carpool. We are happy and enjoying the beautiful weather- plus looking forward to “normal life” again (that falls after busy season).
Mike is busy with his church calling (don’t know how he is doing it), WORK WORK WORK and then some more Work when he goes to bed, being a great dad and husband and just staying sane so I can cope.
I am training for another ½ marathon (trails), this will be interesting but it’s always great to have a new challenge (that is what I keep telling myself)
We are happy to report that our Jack is DONE with potty training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took 4 months and we were wondering if he was ever going to come around but he is now our “official superhero”.
Sorry that our lives get in the way of saying in touch and there is no way I could ever even touch on all the events going on in our lives (not that you would even want to hear all of them). But we are good, happy, healthy (almost over this junk going around), and looking forward to having Mike around again. WE ARE SO BLESSED!!!! He hope you are all doing great and we love and miss all of our loved ones!!!!
