We finished our pool just in time for………………………..
THANKSGIVING!! The kids have been staring at it for the past 4 months, counting down the day they got to jump in. The temp of the pool got up to 72 degrees (BRRRRR) on Sunday. I thought I was being such a “nice mom” and told them they could jump in on Monday. They were so excited all Sunday night and could not sleep (you would have thought it was Christmas). Sure enough, Monday morning came and the kids were up at 6:00 am ready for the “big swim”. I truly thought they wouldn’t last 10 minutes…………………........2 ½ hours later I was dragging them out of the pool for soccer and piano. They had a blast and did it again today and we look forward to 8 more months of this until winter comes again. I forgot how swimming makes them so tiered- It’s really nice!!

Oh my word I am so jealous. I can't wait to have a pool! You deserve it and so do those kids!
