Valentines Day Tradition

We have a Valentines Day's tradition. My little sister Sarah gave me the idea when Karly was a baby. Because Valentines falls into the time of year that I don’t have a husband we just do it different here. We play “restaurant”, I print out menus and turn my dining room into a romantic restaurant. They get to pick what they want to eat off the menu and I serve them--- THEY LOVE IT. We had a bonus with Valentines Day falling on a Saturday- Mike was able to make it home in time to help me. Having Mike there made it so much more fun!

Cute pictures! And I love that tradition. I think I want to incorporate that as soon as both my kids aren't in high chairs or boosters. What a great way to celebrate with the whole family.

We do sort of the same thing. We have a candle lite dinner with all of the kids! What could be more romantic than that!
