I got to run a half marathon (I love running them so much) with my friend Casey. We showed up and the weather was by far the worst I have seen it in a very long time! It was the hardest run I have ever run because of the strong winds, steep hills, and being unperpared for the SNOW!!! Yes- SNOW! Still did good- I took 4th woman overall and 1st in my age group. My time hasn't come out yet but I think it's between 1:49- and 1:50.
This race required Mike to do a lot of running the kids around like a mad man getting kids to soccer games and activity days and getting them ready—and he still went to give blood- problem is that he took Jack- Jack is going to need therapy after that. I am so greatful that Mike is so supportive of me. It's never been easy on him and he is so sweet about it. Thanks BABE!

You Rock!! I need you to be my trainer. Seriously, I need a very beginner beginners program. And I need to get my lazy rear out of bed. It's warm enough to go outside now.

I am so impressed with you. What a trooper? Your husband sounds so sweet. I'm glad you are able to do these fun things with a supportive hubby. Love that!
Despite the crazy weather, I still had a lot of fun with you! You did very well. Congrats on placing 1st in our age!
