6 T Butter (not margarine)
2/3 C. Light Corn Syrup
2/3 C. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 C. Brown Sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
Melt butter over low heat in heavy pan. Add corn syrup, condensed milk and brown sugar. STIRRING CONSTANTLY, bring to a boil over med. Heat. Cook until syrup reaches 200 degrees or until it is no longer grainy (about 5 min.) Remove from heat, add vanilla. (may add more butter if desired). You may dip in apple or over ice cream.
