We are so proud to announce that Karly is over her hamster stage!! Oh my goodness Mike and I were positive that we were going to have to get one. FEW!!!
Karly: Mom, I don’t want a hamster anymore but do you think I could get some gold fish?
Mom: YES!! Get your shoes on!!!!
Karly: WOW- mom you are so nice (I have her fooled)
Well- we have had a really hard time keeping them alive. I even bought the “expensive” gold fish .30 cents and they are still dying. I have been back to Pet Co to get more- this is a mystery. I have had gold fish before- they don’t die everyday!!
As I was cleaning Jack ran passed me saying, “mommy I am going fishing”. Not much thought went into what he said b/c he fishes over the stairs all the time.
Jack: Look Livy I got it!
Olivia: Jack!!!!
I run to see that he has the fish hanging by the fin.
Mom: Jack!!!!
Mystery solved! Jack has been playing “catch and release” for the past week with the kids "pets". He has this thing for fishing but I didn’t think he would touch them. I told him that they will bite him and he said, “you are lying- I know they don’t bite mom, I KNOW IT”! Well- he hasn't been bit yet so how can I argue?
He really is so sweet- but he is ALL BOY!!

My nephew and Jack are the same age, he is doing the same thing with their gold fish. It's a boy thing!
At least now you know what the strange epidemic is, right! That is so funny!
Mystery solved!! Jack, you are awesome. He's probably thinking, you can't just "look" at fish, you have to play with them!!
I'm glad Karly is over the "rodent" stage, what a relief!!
That is hilarous!
Amanda this post had me dying laughing. Welcome to the world of boys!
He is SUCH a boy! I love him. I have got to get him to be my future son in law!!!
That is totally hillarious! I could see Mason doing the same thing! What a little cutie!
Jack makes me laugh! What a cute kid!
That is awesome! You got to love those boys and I bet you couldn't even get mad at him! I am that way with my son.
