Kids say the funniest things

We are not soda drinkers in this house so we never have it around. I have a few cans in my medicine cupboard just in case (coke). Well we had a dinner party a while back and we had some leftover sprite in the fridge- it had been there for a long time. Mike and Logan were in the kitchen when Logan came in, opened the fridge and grabbed the can of sprite. Mike is surprised by what he sees b/c this is just something Logan would grab.

Mike: Logan? What are you doing?

Logan: Dad I am sooooooooooooooooo tired so I need the caffeine to give me some energy.

Mike: lol- okay

We let her know after she had some that there was no caffeine in it- she still thinks it made her feel “better”
